Cotton bales are opened at a temperature and under the conditions of a scutching shop, ventilated for 24 hours, then cleaned of foreign objects and transferred to the carding shop. In addition, the mixing of various types of cotton fibers is regulated in this workshop, and starting from this workshop, the quality of spinning is improved. The aim of the workshop is to obtain the best possible fiber connection and produce high quality products.
